Devin Luterman

Devin Luterman is Director of Client Services at Luxury Homes by Patty Da Silva. She has vast knowledge of South Florida real estate, serving as a licensed real estate agent since 2002. Devin joined the team in 2018 and became the highest producer of closed transactions at Green Realty Properties before being promoted to firm management in 2019.

Devin is the right-hand to Patty Da Silva, the Broker of of Green Realty Properties. She helps manage many of the day-to-day details of each property listing, and brings a powerful combination of skill and savvy to her work. Devin has superior understanding of the market, a background in finance and law, and an instinct for delivering the elite level of customer service that is desired in home sales.

Devin smooths out every edge of the transaction process for the firm's clients. Her work involves showings, negotiating offers and inspections, and working with appraisers, attorneys, financial institutions and title companies — all the while Patty Da Silva's clients informed so they are 100% certain things are on track. Devin is so knowledgeable about the requirements and procedural nuances of South Florida real estate transactions, she is able to personally handle many situations for which other real estate agents would need to refer clients to attorneys. Devin was born and raised in South Florida, and as far back as high school set her eyes on a career in real estate. She bolstered that interest with a college degree in finance, and by working at an immigration law firm that specializes in securing U.S. visas for real estate investors. Devin lives in Cooper City with her husband, daughter, son, and Lilly, the Shih Tzu pup — all of whom she enjoys spending time outside with, barbequing, and swimming in the family pool.
