Real estate runs deep in Chris’s DNA. His father was chairman of the Construction Board of Florida and owned Edwin M. Green Swimming Pools, which built some of South Florida’s most iconic pools, from Fisher Island to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Early in his career, Chris worked for the company, gaining hands-on experience in excavation, plumbing, and electrical work. His foundation in exceptional service began with his training at The Walt Disney Company, where he mastered Disney’s world-renowned customer service strategy — a philosophy that still guides how he leads his team today.

Originally from Florida, Chris spent part of his teenage years in Sausalito, California, before being recruited to play college football. However, he chose a creative path, earning a degree in Theater and Film from the University of Georgia. Chris starred in the university’s first contemporary play, A Lie of the Mind by Sam Shepard, and has appeared in nine films, including a memorable one-on-one scene with Burt Reynolds in the 2017 film Shadow Fighter. A talented musician at heart, Chris sings and plays the guitar inspired by his California days working at "The Cantina," now owned by Carlos Santana, where he once received a 100 dollar tip from Journey guitarist Neil Schon.
Chris lives in Cooper City with his wife, Patty Da Silva — Broker Extraordinaire — their daughter Taylor, son Shane, and their beloved rescue pets, RooRoo the kitty and Sir Riley Bon Jovi, their Shih Tzu pup.
